Very poor online shopping
Very poor online shopping and after sales service. It doesn't let you place orders as a gift. Shortly after I placed my order I noticed an error with the billing address. I tried to fix this online and could not, so contacted them and asked them to do it and was told they could not and nor could I.

Use hasbro or independent sellers instead
Placed a preorder and disney tried to authorise a payment and my bank rightfully stopped them from doing so. I contacted the bank to let them know it was okay and then disney cancelled my order. Customer service was false advertisement as they offered no help just a bunch of templated messages and didn't want to do anything to help as it would have consisted of them being helpful or productive! Amazing that a company as well known as Disney treats its customers as something they trod in

excellent help from Mihaela on Chat…
excellent help from Mihaela on Chat today, after a parcel wasn't delivered by the courier. She was able to attach a note to the delivery to ask them to actually leave it in my designated safe place, rather than taking it away again and sending it back! thank you shopdisney :)

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service!!!

I ordered my daughter a limited edition pin for her birthday which was the only gift she asked for. It was lost in the post and there was absolutely no effort made, or care that I had a devastated 7 year old. I was met with no resolution for this problem. Was told in a previous chat I would be compensated accordingly but that was quickly revoked in another chat not long after. Absolutely no consistency. I was constantly met with 'we will pass your feedback on' 'thanks for sharing your feedback' no genuine apology at all.

I won't be shopping here again.

last time this happened ages ago with another
Company they phoned ME back. Do Disney not
Want you to purchase from them. Crazy.

It's not one or twice, I purchased more than 5 times before to the same address without any problem of payment or anything but now they told me that I cannot use the address and cancel my successful purchase, its time to say goodbye Disney, still waiting for account deletion link as the one on site not working #UK12246462

Terrible delivery experience.
Avoid buying directly from Disney if you can help it, they use a very unreliable courier service who for the second time now just didn't deliver the order with no explanation. This is all made worse by the fact that you have to pay for delivery unless you spend £50
Finally managed to get Disney customer services to refund full amount.

avoid disaster
avoid. Awful experience parcel was not delivered and returned even though I was in no reattempt to deliver. I asked Disney to arrange an emergency redelivery and was promised it would arrive on my son's birthday. It did not. They sent the emergency standard post even though I explained it all. Total let down for my son. Total shame and Disney still have my money.

Replacement toy
I bought a buzz lightyear toy which sadly stopped working 3 months later. I contacted Shopdisney UK via their online form and they emailed me back within 30 minutes letting me know they were sending a replacement, next day delivery. Very impressed with the speed of response and the lovely message I received.

Terrible website, just can’t get an order through. It continually whirls & whirls when it comes to the delivery option & payment buttons, given up trying. Probably a good thing reading all these awful reviews.

Ordered an item that was “delivered”…
Ordered an item that was “delivered” today by delivered I mean slapped up against the door. This resulted in the item being stolen and Disney customer service don’t care! Basically making me out as liar which I clearly don’t appreciate. While the apparently investigate I could loose out on the limited addition item thanks Disney you are no longer the happiest place on earth very unhappy Disney fan

since the shops have closed they have been terrible im still waiting for my refund of £78 for a bag that came damaged 14 days after they received it only to have to contact them a 3rd time to be told that i needed to send back the FREE item with the bag..... this was NOT said to me or i would have sent it back with the bag i dont even want the free key and its still in the box. I feel robbed and let down and this is not the 1st time ive had a run in with shop disney if it wasnt for the fact i like disney so much i wouldnt use these ever again. this has caused me stress that i dont need in my life.

Basically thieves !!!
Absolutely disgusted with the non existence of customer service. Nobody cares and nobody wants to help. They are basically thieves. I returned my faulty product (which shouldn't even be faulty as its a limited edition product) and it went back through the official returns process. Clearly shows it was returned and received back on the 2nd February and despite being told it would be 7-10 days for refund and LATEST would be 17th... what a surprise... still no refund today 15 days since they received it back !!! They don't care... you can't make a complaint or speak to a manager and they literally are happy to fob you off and keep your money. How is this company legally allowed to do this ???? Can anyone actually help getting my stolen money back from them ????
